Focal Elements was established in response and at the request of senior leaders and the education sector to the many organisational learning needs and strategic development gaps in the social change and faith related spaces that have come to light over years.

We have worked within and are rooted in the social change, education and faith & cultural spaces with an intentional focus on community and youth development, strategy, grant making, education, policy development and Insights.

We have observed that many mission-focussed and purpose-led teams and leaders operate within a particular framework which can often stand in the way of actualising well intentioned commitments to organisational development and learning practices, and which in some cases can facilitate the opposite effect of ineffective and creative practices.
